YIKES...i really wish it were 8pm already so i could sit in front of the tv and watch the election results! i am so excited to find out what happens and hopefully the rest of the us of a is with me with their presidential picks.
i went to vote this morning at 7am in arlington. luckily we got there a little before 7 and beat the long line that formed behind us. we had the old school ballot forms which was a relief, i would have paranoid if we were using computers since there is no paper trail.
welp, to ease my worries during lunch and get my fix of election related items, i went to the new yorker site. i read a lovely article by the editors of the new yorker about their choice for president (click here for the article). it was by far my favorite piece written about both presidents, i heart great writing. they really did their research and actually had facts about him and about mccain. read it if you have time, you'll either like it...or not.
